Shipping Policy

  1. Order(s) will be delivered to cargo companys WİTHİN 24 HOURS. 
  2. All orders are sent via our contracted cargo company, UPS CARGO.
  3. Products shipped to cargo companys will be delivered to you within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
  4. Order(s) which are given in Public holidays will be delivered at the closest working day.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Return and Refund Policy

  1.  After receiving your order you have 14 DAYS to request for a return.
  2.  For returns YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAYN ANY EXTRA.
  3. After your request is approved, we will contact with you and inform you for the Cargo process. ( All the charges that will occur during Cargo processes including return Cargo payment will be paid by our company.)
  4.  To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging without any damage.
  5.  The refund of the shopping amount you have made will be made to you by informing  you via mail  after the items(s) reach us. Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. (1-5 DAYS generally)

Exchange policy 

  1. After receiving your order you have 14 DAYS to request for an exchange.
  2.  For an exchange process YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANY EXTRA.
  3.  During the exchange process, the shipping cost for the package to come to us is our responsibility, whereas the cost for the exchanged package to return to you will be paid by you. The exchange shipping fee is the same amount as what you paid during the order.
