Are taxes included on my order?

Taxes are covered in the listed prices for all purchases made through our website. You won't encounter any additional charges during the checkout process.

When will my order be delivered to cargo company?

Your order will be delivered to the cargo company on the same day or the day after you place the order. After the order is delivered, an informative mail will be sent to you.

I want sold out products to be back in stock. What should I do?

You can leave your email address on the relevant product page. You can do this by clicking on the 'Vote this product to restock.' button which is in the product page. As you do this your request will be confirmed by us. As soon as, the product is back in stock, you will get an informative mail.

How do I sign up to stock updates?

You can leave your email address on the relevant product page. You can do this by clicking on the 'Size out of stock?' button when choosing the size. This way you will be automatically notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

What are the advantages of registrating to our page?

By registering on our page, you can stay updated more quickly on stock renewals and upcoming products. Additionally, you can benefit from discount codes and special offers created exclusively for you.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received.

Return conditions: All returned items must be unworn and in pristine condition with all the tags still attached.

How do I make a return?

Making a return is easy! Here's what you need to do:

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@carwearforfast.com about your situation.
2. Our team will promptly provide you with return instructions.
3. Follow the provided instructions to complete the return process.

When will refund process start after a return?

After your returning product reaches to us, we start the refund process at the closest working day.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refund process generally takes 1-3 working days. Please note that that time may vary depending on your bank.

Are there any extra payments for return and refund process?

Of course not;

Including the shipping payments all the fees that occur during return process will be paid by our company. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANY EXTRA!

Do you have an exchange opportunitiy?

Of Course;

Within 14 days, you can make a free exchange process.

Are there any extra payments for exchange process?

Of course not;

You do not need to pay for exchange process. Only amount you need to pay is cargo fee which exchanged products returns to you.

Note: The exchange shipping fee is the same amount as what you paid during the order.

Note: There are 2 cargo fees occur during exchange process. First one is the shipping cost for the package to come to us which is our responsibility and will be paid by us. Second one is the cost for the exchanged package to return to you which will be paid by you.

Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping is free for purchases over 2000TL.

For purchases less than 2000TL;

-Cargo fee is 150TL.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated Delivary Time is 1-2 days

How should I wash the products?

First, please check the care label which is inside your product.

  1. Wash your product(s) with similar colors.
  2. Do not wash any of your product(s) in hot water. We recommend you to wash with maximum 30 degrees or in cold water.
  3. After washing your product(s). We do not recommend you to use air dryer. If you are using dryer please choose a low heat setting.

Do you offer gift package opportunitiy?

Of course,

By clicking gift note section, you can write whatever you want. We will put that in a special card and send it with the order.
